hi! I’m mj!

I’m a variety streamer, therapist, and content creator blending gaming, wellness, and community to make learning, growth, and play more accessible—especially for neurodiverse gamers.

I have a PhD in Relational Therapy, and my background as a therapist shapes how I approach content. Whether I’m breaking down game mechanics for players who feel overwhelmed, sharing practical mental wellness tools, or creating cozy accountability spaces in my coworking streams, my goal is to help people learn at their own pace, feel seen, and build confidence—both in games and in life.

What You’ll Find Here:

  • Gaming for Every Vibe – A mix of cozy games, RPGs, shooters, community nights, and coworking streams—some chill, some chaotic, all about having fun, learning new things, and enjoying the journey (without pressure).

  • Wellness & Productivity, But Make It Real – ADHD-friendly strategies, practical mental wellness tools, and honest conversations about navigating life.

  • A Community That Feels Like Home – A space for gaming, learning, and connection to come together in a way that’s fun, thoughtful, and judgment-free.
